RULES

We reserve the right to search any vehicle and person upon entry, and thorough searches are conducted by our security staff.

This is a strictly enforced no glass event, no kegs allowed. Adult beverages will be available inside the main venue. Campground is BYOB.

SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY

IF AN ANIMAL—OTHER THAN A TRAINED SERVICE DOG—IS FOUND IN YOUR VEHICLE YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

  1. Contact us ahead of time if you will be bringing a service animal.

  2. When you arrive with your service animal you will be camped in ADA camping for you own safety and convenience.

  3. Neither the ADA nor Michigan’s service animal law includes what are often referred to as “emotional support animals”: animals that provide a sense of safety, companionship, and comfort to those with psychiatric or emotional disabilities or conditions. Although these animals have therapeutic benefits, they are not individually trained to perform specific tasks for their handlers. Under the ADA and Michigan law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only service animals.

BANNED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES

We reserve the right to search any vehicle and person upon entry, and thorough searches are conducted.

  • Weapons or violence of any kind
Either will result in immediate ejection from the festival. Camp Greensky does not acknowledge open carry. Bringing guns, knives or weapons revokes your admission.

  • Illicit substances; drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited.

  • Glass beer bottles and containers.

  • Cigarettes, cigars and vape pens at either stage venue, at the main gate, merch tent, vending, or anywhere others who don’t smoke might be sharing your oxygen:)
Our event is family friendly, please be respectful to other attendees, ALL children, artists and vendors if you are a smoker. Also, these things kill you. Extinguished butts must be disposed of in marked cans. You will be fined and ejected if you are found throwing butts on the ground.

  • GENERATORS: Absolutely no generators allowed to run at night. If you require a CPAP machine at night you will be parked in a designated area.

  • Cell phone recording of performances at either stage. Please be respectful. It is distracting to all viewers trying to enjoy a performance through a sea of phone screens. Let's be present and try a radical idea called 'watching' the show. We get it, you wanna show your pals the awesome time you're having on social media- and we thank you for your support, just keep your phone in your pocket. If you are caught recording, you will be thrown in the penalty box. Reminding those around you in front of the stage earns you major brownie points.

  • Recorded Music at campsites: We are all here to enjoy a weekend of great music together. If your good time is inhibiting other’s safety and sleep, you will be asked to leave. No loud recorded music allowed at campsites especially after dark.

  • Charcoal grills, due to fire risk. Propane camp stoves are fine.

  • Camp fires or open flame heaters.

  • Paper lanterns and fireworks.
These are serious fire hazards in the national forest and any person caught doing so will be ejected. You will be charged with attempted arson if found with these items.

  • Drumming after midnight
Out of respect for the neighbors in our community and your neighboring campers who may- no, actually DO- want to sleep.

  • Unauthorized vending

Please do not purchase items from vendors outside vendor row. They have not paid a fee to sell at our event and we have not screened them for your safety.

  • Motorized vehicles
Golf carts, ATVs, etc.—this applies to all areas: camping, parking and the concert venue.

  • Hunting

  • Laser pens or similar focused light devices

  • Vehicles in designated forested areas or fire lanes

ALLOWED IN MAIN VENUE

  • Low-backed chairs & blankets: Behind Sound Pit Only
Please only bring chairs that don't block the view of other music fans that are sitting on the ground. If you have tall lawn chairs, umbrellas or other items that might impair the sight of other attendees please be considerate and relocate. No land grabbing! Blankets/chairs left overnight will be removed.

  • Reusable water bottles. With water in them.
